Proposal · September 2026

Amphora marketing platform: the next stage

Amphora's content programme already operates on a dedicated platform run by TechPros. This proposal extends that platform to the corporate website, adds a customer relationship management system with integrated sending, and gives Amphora's marketing team direct control of both.

Corporate website on the platform

amphora.net migrated in full to the infrastructure that already serves insights.amphora.net. WordPress retired at cut-over.

An owned CRM with integrated sending

Contacts and the four regional lists in a system Amphora owns, connected to Smartlead for newsletter and outreach distribution.

Direct control for the marketing team

Changes requested in plain language, executed within the hour, reviewed before publication.

01 Current position
Summary

The content operation is established and reporting is in place. Two elements of Amphora's marketing infrastructure remain outside the platform: newsletter distribution and the corporate website.

In operation

Content programme, live since August 2026

  • insights.amphora.net serving market views, articles, ebooks and the podcast page
  • Ten content packs scheduled through to the end of the current agreement
  • LinkedIn programme on a fixed publishing calendar, drafted for approval
  • Programme hub reporting hours, budget and activity, updated from the time tracker
Outside the platform

Two dependencies on retired or third-party systems

  • Newsletter distribution. The Freshworks CRM was retired on 15 August 2026 without a successor. The four regional subscriber lists currently have no sending route. The September issue is scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month.
  • Corporate website. amphora.net remains on WordPress. Changes depend on plugin maintenance and administrator availability; the Resources navigation update has been pending since August.
Amphora programme hub, budget view
Programme hub: budget. Hours logged and budget remaining, read directly from the time tracker.
Amphora programme hub, hours by work area
Programme hub: hours by work area. Distribution of effort since May 2026, including the non-recurring build work in August.
Amphora programme hub, activity highlights
Programme hub: activity. Month-by-month record of delivered work.

The items in operation are produced through a single platform, the Formula AI Control Centre, on infrastructure provisioned for Amphora and operated by TechPros.

The two open items sit outside that platform. Bringing them inside it is the scope of this proposal.

02 Current operating model
Summary

Amphora's programme runs on infrastructure provisioned in Amphora's name and operated by TechPros. Every page on insights.amphora.net and every hub update is produced through the model below.

Operates

TechPros team

Runs the publishing calendar and issues instructions to the platform.

Reviews

Amphora marketing team

Approves content by email; requests changes through TechPros.

Operating layer

Formula AI Control Centre

An AI colleague connected to Amphora's pages, data and content calendar executes instructions. A member of the team reviews each change before publication.

Operated by TechPros
Web hosting

insights.amphora.net

Served by Netlify, a hosting service that delivers pages quickly and securely, on Amphora's own domain.

Data

Amphora's database

Held in Supabase, a managed database service, in an account provisioned for Amphora. Content records, calendar and hours.

Reporting

Programme hub

Budget, calendar and pending tasks, read from the same data. Amphora and TechPros see the same figures.

People Infrastructure provisioned for Amphora, operated by TechPros

This model has been in place since the insights hub went live in August 2026. Infrastructure is provisioned in Amphora's name, all content and records are exportable in standard formats, and the arrangement can be transferred in-house should Amphora choose to do so.

03 Proposed scope
Three additions to the existing platform
  • Migration of amphora.net, page for page, with WordPress retired at cut-over
  • A customer relationship management system owned by Amphora, connected to Smartlead for newsletter and outreach distribution
  • Platform access and training for Amphora's marketing team
Operates

TechPros team

Continues to run the content programme under the existing agreement.

Added · directs

Amphora marketing team

Issues instructions directly. Trained by CogniScale to use the platform across the marketing function.

Operating layer

Formula AI Control Centre · Amphora organisation

Amphora is established as an organisation on the platform. One colleague, connected to every component below, with review before publication.

Operated by TechPros · Provided by CogniScale
Web hosting

insights.amphora.net

Unchanged.

Added · web hosting

amphora.net

Rebuilt page for page on the same hosting: same design, same functions, the Chinese-language version retained if required. Redirects in place, domain switched with Amphora's IT, WordPress retired.

Added · data

Amphora CRM, connected to Smartlead

Derived from the CRM CogniScale operates for its own companies. Contacts, the four regional lists, website sign-up forms. Newsletters and outreach sent from amphoramarketing@amphora.net. Replaces Freshsales.

Reporting

Programme hub

Unchanged, with newsletter sends and website changes added to the record.

People In place Added under this proposal

The proposal adds two components and one seat to a platform Amphora already uses. Domain, content and contact data remain Amphora's property. Newsletter and outreach campaigns are sent from Amphora's own system, without dependence on a third-party CRM licence.

05 Operating responsibilities and technical considerations
Under the existing agreement

TechPros: programme operation

  • Newsletters, LinkedIn, market views and content packs on the existing calendar
  • Day-to-day operation of the new components, funded from the existing credits
  • Programme hub, 6 September 2026: £8,144 of the £17,484 budget remaining (47%), eight months of the programme year to run
  • August's expenditure included one-off build work on the insights hub, podcast page and research tooling that will not recur monthly
Under this proposal

CogniScale: platform provision

  • Amphora's organisation on the Formula AI Control Centre
  • Website migration, CRM and Smartlead integration
  • Training for the marketing team and platform support
  • No additional retainer; operation remains within the existing credits

Hosting and domain

Same infrastructure as insights.amphora.net, in service since August 2026 without incident. Amphora retains the domain and DNS. Cut-over requires one DNS change, as for the insights hub.

Ownership and portability

Every page and every contact record is exportable in standard formats. Accounts are provisioned in Amphora's name. Transfer in-house remains available.

Mail and information security

Nothing is sent from Amphora's domain without Amphora granting access to the named mailbox. Written responses on hosting, access control and data handling are available for Amphora's security records on request.

07 Recommended next step

A thirty-minute demonstration

A screen-share in the week of 7 September 2026 with David Glasspool and, if helpful, Chris Mudry and Jeff Carvell. CogniScale updates insights.amphora.net from the Control Centre during the session, so the working model is assessed on what it does rather than on a description.

The September newsletter is not dependent on this decision

TechPros will send the September issue manually, funded from the existing credits, as soon as access to amphoramarketing@amphora.net is granted.

Indicative delivery plan on acceptance

  • Week 1: order confirmed; CRM provisioned and connected to Smartlead; four lists loaded; sign-up forms live on insights.amphora.net.
  • Weeks 2 to 4: amphora.net rebuilt page for page and reviewed with the marketing team; DNS change scheduled with Amphora's IT.
  • Week 4: platform access enabled and training delivered; first newsletter sent from the new CRM.
